Responsibilities:The HRCC team is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant to join our growing team. The Compensation Consultant will provide compensation consulting services across multiple industries in areas like creating goal based performance management systems and developing base pay frameworks or structures that are equitable, cost effective people-centered. In addition, the role will support senior leaders in prospecting and marketing to drive new revenue. The Senior Consultant will demonstrate leadership qualities through effective management of projects, mentorship and collaboration with internal project team members, positively influencing clients to solve their challenges. The successful candidate will step into a multi-faceted role that includes advising clients on a myriad of challenging issues
Duties Include:
- Acting as a lead or primary interface with the client, responsible for the day-to-day relationship and advising activities.
- Performing as a subject matter expert providing technical advice and counsel to colleagues and clients on the myriad of opportunities, issues, and programs to include relevant marketplace trends and developments.
- Ensure project milestones are met within promised timelines and established project budgets
- Meet client expectations in projected/budgeted project hours expectations
- Gather information and data from client contacts via interviews, surveys and desk audits
- Conduct job analyses to determine accurate classification and exemption status
- Write accurate, relevant and compliant job descriptions
- Gather salary and benefit information from clients to make salary recommendations
- Responsible for the development and presentation of final reports to clients.
- Insuring the quality of work from project team members
- Keep Senior Leaders abreast of each project’s status
