• Strong Proficiency level of the language with good cultural exposure and understanding cultural context/.
• Prior UGC moderation is considered a plus
• Computer fluency and understanding of software and advanced internet functions
• MS Office skills
• A passion for social media
• Open and comfortable with exposure to highly sensitive and explicit content daily
• Ability to evaluate content by referring to Moderation
• Guidelines and Desktop Procedure, strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to work in fast and evolving workflows with eye for detail
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines
• CMS will be required to handle content moderation promptly and accurately
• CMS required to support 24*7 shift with rotation shift.
