ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To liaise and float request for proposals to bidders and obtain necessary quotation
- To assist that requestors are familiar with the sub-contracting processes.
- To assist in monitoring and reviewing project subcontract activity
- To assist in negotiation of short listed subcontractor(s) to the lowest or best price
- To assist in negotiating better payment terms for services and subcontracts
- To assist in monitoring Procurement Subcontract Control List
- Provide liaison assistance between project team and subcontractors
- To assist in coordinating all necessary documentation for subcontract agreement
- To assist in negotiation in coordination with project teams in any discipline
- To assist in drafting project subcontracts as per project basis which is complimenting to the respective main contract
- To assist in review of subcontract deviations from vendors
- To provide contractual advice or interpretation as and when required
- To assist with project team on short listed subcontractors
- Assist in reviewing proposals and work scope of subcontractors
- To develop SOP guidelines and to provide guide and trainings
- To assist in expediting of bi-monthly subcontract planning list to meet required schedule
- To conduct Tender-Contract Review and provide Lookout List and address all recommendations and queries
- Review and comment on tender analysis prepared by project stakeholders before it is presented to the Client.
- To conduct Material PO T&C Review and advise
- Provide contractual advise or interpretation when required (SG and Overseas)
- Support all BUs in highlighting critical requirement and any deviation in compliance with terms & conditions from pre-contract stage to project closure
- Assist all BU/Dept in highlighting any deviation in the terms and conditions of Contract
- Ensure proper project close out of Projects and any contract related requirement
- To provide support in all Contract Matters (SG and Overseas)
- Assist Project teams/BU's in highlighting any critical requirement and deviation in compliance with terms and conditions of main contract.
- To assist in preparation of Variation Orders and Extension of Time documents
- Draft correspondences (letters/notices/requests etc) whenever required
- To support in all Claims and Disputes (SG and Overseas)
- Monitor compliance by company employees with established procedures
- Provide advice and support for all procurement activity
- Produce and maintain internal guidance documents and training on procurement and contract management
- Submit monthly contracts report at first week of the month.
- Maintain to-do list for daily activities

Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
