About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. these include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.


Job Responsibilities

Seeking to recruit a Product Manager within Cards & Payment Products department. Reporting directly to the Head of Cards Product Management, whose primary role is be part of the migration/integration working group and ensure seamless transition for the customers while protecting UOB Cards franchise.

The role involves:

  • Planning & executing the migration/integration exercise, and seeing through the end-to-end process to ensure seamless customers’ transition

  • Responsible to ensure all customers are migrated into the relevant product type

  • Oversee customers communication through the migration process (pre & post)

  • Constant engagement & communication amongst key stakeholders involved in the migration process and working closely with Contact Centre, CEA, Retention Unit to handle customers' related queries/complaints

  • Understanding all relevant operational processes in placed; and ensure Product SOPs & compliance requirements are followed through

  • Participate in the accelerated build work streams to enhance customers journey/experience, and to ensure detailed requirements are set & built accordingly

  • Develop comprehensive marketing & activation programs to ring-fence the new portfolio

  • Responsible to perform maintenance & fulfilment involving the specific product respectively

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder.
  • At least 1-2 year work experiences in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the position.
