Position requires one year of experience in a Residential or Institution setting, preferable with eating disorders. Safe Serve a plus, but is required with 90 days.
Schedule is Wed through Sunday. Full time position.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure food safety.
- Cook foodstuffs according to menus, special dietary or nutritional restrictions, or numbers of portions to be served as on prepared menus from Lead Dietitian.
- Rotate and store food supplies.
- Wash pots, pans, dishes, utensils, or other cooking equipment.
- Apportion and serve food to facility residents, families and employees as required.
- Clean and inspect galley equipment, kitchen appliances, and work areas to ensure cleanliness and functional operation.
- Clean, cut, and cook meat, fish, poultry and vegetables.
- Bake breads, rolls, or other pastries.
- Compile and maintain records of food use and spoilage. Report information to Lead Dietitian.
- Maintain safety standards regarding all aspects of the kitchen.
- Ability to follow dietary guidelines and the exchange model (preferred)
