JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Responsible for the administration and support of production operation, sales & marketing activities.
  • Cooperate with all related departments for execution of tasks and orders.
  • Prepare relevant reports as and when required to superior.
  • Monitoring sales enquiries & maintain all the customer database record.
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
  • Responsible in issues DO, invoices, reporting billing & etc.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (excel, word) and other business related software (if any)
  • Assist on payment collection.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Junior level, specialized in business support or equivalent.
  • Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as a good team player
  • Discipline, independent, word hard and well time management.
  • Preferably good communication and written in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
