This position is responsible in day to day trucking operations and activities effectively to ensure delivery of service.
- Trucking planning accordance to approved vendor list and coordinatio of trucking activities.
- Acceptance of truck order and execute with vendors.
- Ensure on time pick-up delivery on all bookings.
- Proactive follow-up on each movement and raise escalation to internal and external customer on any incident.
- To submit daily/weekly/monthly report on time to customer.
- Ensure update in CTSI system and check status.
- Maintain Operations Standard as per set KPI.
- Coordinate day to day operation activities meet inter-department and customer's trucking requirements.
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management related to Transport/Logistics
- Minimum 2 Years of working experiences in the Logistics & Transportation Industry
- Knowledge of warehouse management system would be an advantage
- Service oriented, good interpersonal & communication skills
