As a Recruiter at EBG you will directly impact the success of our fast-growth e-commerce company by partnering with the business to attract, source, engage, hire and onboard the right people to meet business goals. This is a hybrid role in our Orlando location with onsite work requirements.
- Source, screen and hire best match talent for EBG jobs
- Full life cycle recruiting from requisition to offer to onboarding
- Create positive experiences for candidates and hiring partners through the hiring process
- Actively source and recruit candidates using the ATS, CRM, online job sites, social media and other creative sourcing methodologies.
- Collect critical job information in a job intake process and understand job requirements
- Execute job offers, including offer negotiation and completion of internal approval processes
- Coordinate pre-hire requirements such as background checks and new hire forms
- Post approved jobs to internal and external job posting resources
- Draft job postings and identify appropriate sources and job marketing strategies
- Understand applicant requirements based on job descriptions and manager input
- Screen applicants against job requirements
- Regularly track and report applicant and job fulfillment progress to hiring partners and department leaders
- Arrange interviews for candidates with hiring managers and aggregate feedback through offer stages
- Actively communicate with candidates and hiring managers, sharing progress updates and responding to feedback.
- Keep reports, candidate and job data current
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in a Recruiting role (Agency or Corporate Recruiting) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.- Full life cycle recruiting experience including gathering requirements, candidate management, hiring process management, background and reference checking, offers.
- Experience recruiting for associate to senior level professional roles across multiple functional areas such as accounting, tech, sales, product, marketing and operations, experience in a tech or e-commerce environment is ideal
- Ability to work with Applicant Tracking Systems and web-based candidate networks and databases such as Indeed, LinkedIn and other modern recruiting tools and resources
- Ability to creatively source candidates in a competitive market
- Experience with Microsoft products: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Professionalism to work with all levels of the organization
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent follow through skills
- Highly organized and accountable
- Creative and flexible
- Must possess strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
- Commutable to our Orlando office location
- Ability to travel on occasion to other EBG locations or recruiting events
