Job Requirement

• Degree in Accounting or any other relevant qualification
• Good command in written & spoken English
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in food and beverage or retail.

Job Responsibilities

• Daily & monthly analysis & reporting of Sales/Product margins
• Review & Process/Analyse stock adjustments from warehouse, stores, and central kitchen
• Perform stock revaluations
• Co-ordinate & manage mid-year & year-end stock counts and fixed assets audit
• Work closely with Production to ensure proper costing of finished products
• Prepare monthly P&L by store & by function
• Attend to all matters relating to stock costing & processes Qualifications
