Job Description
Responsibilities:
Propose creative strategies to meet business objectives and explore new areas of growth for paid performance.
Manage the entire creative production lifecycle, including briefing agencies and internal design teams, giving feedback on scripts and rough cuts, tracking creative performance by category, etc.
Monitor analytics dashboards and leverage key metrics & consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
Support user acquisition campaigns on online channels such as Google, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, etc.
Work closely with other teams & stakeholders and optimize collaboration workflows as needed.
Requirements:
Formal training in writing, graphic design, communication design, media design, or illustration, culminating in a degree or diploma from a recognized institute, is preferred.
Min 5-7 years of industry experience with an agency is preferred
Animation and editing experience.
Illustration and graphic design experience.
Advanced understanding of and experience with concept development.
Excellent copywriting skills.
Strategic business understanding pertaining to the value of creatives.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Understanding of how to use After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other graphic-focused software.
Experience or understanding of Sketch, Figma and Zeplin.
