Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Establish an optimistic and positive connection with training participants.
2. To ensure confident relations with external organizations, leading to long-term partnerships and cooperation.
3. Facilitate the conveyance of skills and knowledge to participants, resulting in their improved livelihood and quality of life.
4. To be able to train, engage and communicate with participants with confidence and clarity.
5. Assist in coordinating the project and training-related matters with external organizations.
6. Captivate your audience in training sessions for disadvantaged communities.
7. Build rapport with individual participants by providing mentoring post-training.
8. Record and report all results and findings of the training sessions in spreadsheets and graphs.

Requirements:
1. Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
2. Preferably at least 1-year working experience in conducting training. Fresh graduate who has a strong passion for communities are encouraged to apply.
3. Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Have the heart to impact and change communities for the better.
5. Detailed, responsible, proactive, efficient, confident, positivity and goal-oriented.
6. Work independently with minimum supervision, yet able to work in teams.
7. Able to communicate in English and local language (Bahasa Malaysia) with eloquence.
8. This position is based in Kuching, Sarawak.
