As a member of the Customer Success team, you will be driving sales pipelines while elevating the experience of our customers as they embark upon their own WiseSmile journey
Based in our Kuala Lumpur office, you will be part of an integral team of customer success executives who are the initial touch point of WiseSmile customer.

Your responsibilities will be plentiful and fruitful:

• Sales: from our marketing team you will receive the profiles of customers who have shared their interest to start their Wise Smile journey. Your mission will be to guide them through the process with a personalized approach.
• Customer Experience: as you guide our customers through the process to start their Wise Smile journey your mission will be to offer them the most complete information and support that best suits their needs. You are commended to connect empathetically and make their experience truly differential.
• Operations: You will need to ensure that all key steps in the process to provide a specific and personalized treatment plan are complete at speed. This will mean coordinating with our operations and dental team to ensure the best possible customer experience.
• Teamwork: You will be asked to work with the rest of the team to identify key challenges in (1) the customer engagement process, (2) operations (3) marketing messaging to customers.

Training: as you grow within the organization you will be expected to share your knowledge with the less experienced team members. We progress as a team and you will receive and hopefully will share.

We'd love to see you have:

• At least 1+ years of relevant experience in sales, ideally in a company that offered services.
• Customer-centric in nature and have good familiarity with sales pipelines and closing methods
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, will be extra plus point
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• English required and Chinese/Malay (to effectively liaise with Chinese or Malay speaking customers) advantageous
• Adaptable, flexible to deal with ambiguity relating to work
