Job Description & Job Specification for

Position: Customer Service Coordinator

Report to: Manager

Key Responsibilities:

a. To manage sales administrative functions including accurate order processing, filing and delivery scheduling.
b. To lead and liaise between the sales team and interdepartmental with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination of all matters including pricing, delivery scheduling, customer specifications and issue resolution.
c. To passionately provide excellent customer service to customers.
d. To maintain an efficient work environment.
e. Any other ad-hoc task to be assigned by Management from time to time.


Requirements:
a. Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
b. With 1 - 2 years related experience in sales administration and forwarding is an added advantage.
c. Must have a keen eye for details and accuracy yet meeting deadlines.
d. Pleasant, friendly and tactful style with a good working attitude yet possess proven tenacity and resilience qualities.
e. Independent, passionate, self-motivated and results driven to be able to work with minimal supervision to achieve KPIs set.
f. Able to make firm and fair decisions and have strong negotiation capabilities.
g. Enjoy working with people and possess good interpersonal skills to interact with all levels within and outside of the company.
h. Proficient in both written and verbal, in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin.
