Job description

• Liaise with the customer via email or phone, answer customer queries,
• Develop monthly sales reports, marketing report data entry, maintain and update sales and customer records
• Assist Management in preparation and analysis of weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales reports
• Prepare, update and manage sales forecasts consistently
• Monitor sales quotations, follow up with customers and take steps necessary to expedite execution of a purchase order to be closed within the forecasted month
• Prepare quotation, handle customers’ enquiries such as order status, delivery schedules,
• Conduct monthly reviews on individual customer’s raw material requirements and balance raw material to ensure adequate supply or over stock situation
• Preparation of invoice and shipping arrangement , ensure timely deliveries
• Develop client focused solutions to improve customer satisfaction
• Work with related departments to resolve and smoothen out operational issues
• Coordinate with various departments working on the same account to ensure consistent service
• Assist with customer requests and escalate if more assistance is needed
• Determines schedule by studying product specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing elements
• Completes technical studies and prepares cost estimates
• In charge of troubleshooting and correction for technical issues
• Any other job assignments required by the immediate superior from time to time.

Qualification:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree Engineering in Mechanical or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing industry.
• Resourceful, good communication & inter-personal skill, positive character and must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
