ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
As a Customer Service Representative and support Sales Coordinator roles by achieving Customer Satisfaction
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Responsible for order processing to ensure all purchase orders are being executed promptly and customer-required delivery dates/times are being met at all times.
Be able to provide quality information and excellent response to customers, ensuring customer needs and requirements are met at all times.
Actively promote and support customers to use My AD Portal
Capture Voice of Customers (VOC) to the Sales Force System and work with the internal team to close the gaps.
Responsible for quotation preparation upon approval.
Attend all product inquiries and liaise with the compliance team to ensure the requests are responded to timely.
To ensure sample requisition from customers is fulfilled.
Coordinate clearing aging samples, slow-move inventory, and write-off requests.
Attend meetings for process improvements
Other admin / non-direct sales tasks as required.
Back up to other customer service members during their absence.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar function
Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels.
Self-initiated and able to work effectively to meet the deadlines
Good team player and service-minded
