Job description

1) Answer call from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries, feedback and complaints.

2) Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding products sale to customer service issue.

3) Route inbound calls to the right departments/person in charge

4) Provide customer with the company’s service & product information

5) Identify and escalate any issue and problem to the management

6) Follow up unresolved customer calls where required

7) Completing call notes and call reports as necessary

8) Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

9) Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.

10) Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
