Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver world-class customer service while responding to customer inquiries and concerns via the chat channel

• Address travel-related questions and issues communicated through chat.

• Assist customers with upgrade requests, baggage inquiries, delays, and cancellations.

• Build meaningful relationships with our customers through a consultative approach
• Respond and manage customer feedback and complaints

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM
• Must have at least 6 months Customer Service Experience
• Airline experience (added as an advantage)
• Supported UK market (added as an advantage)
• Required language(s): Proficient in English (written and spoken)

Experience in the airlines/aviation industry will be an added advantage

Salary:

RM2,700.00 – RM3,100 + additional allowances
