Job Responsible
- Manage and assist all enquiries call from banking customers in a shift rotational pattern.
- Not required do any sales pitching
- Responsible for relationship building while resolving customer enquiries in a professional manner.
- Takes ownership and initiative to complete necessary research and customer follow-up or direct the customer to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Listening to customers and establishing their needs in order to offer relevant products, services and solutions
Requirements
- SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service/customer engagement/or any that is related to service industry
- Fresh Degree holder are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication in English written and spoken due to business needs
- Outgoing, friendly, and able to work under pressure
- Preferably candidates who can start immediately.
