Position: Global Customer Support Specialist - Banking
Working Location: Kuala Lumpur
Tenure: Permanent
Working Hour: Rotational Shift basis (8 hours per day/5 working days)
Basic Offered: Up to RM 4,000
Job Responsible
  • Manage and assist all enquiries call from banking customers in a shift rotational pattern.
  • Not required do any sales pitching
  • Responsible for relationship building while resolving customer enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Takes ownership and initiative to complete necessary research and customer follow-up or direct the customer to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Listening to customers and establishing their needs in order to offer relevant products, services and solutions

Requirements
  • SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service/customer engagement/or any that is related to service industry
  • Fresh Degree holder are welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication in English written and spoken due to business needs
  • Outgoing, friendly, and able to work under pressure
  • Preferably candidates who can start immediately.
