Customer Service Representative

Community Veterinary Clinic, Turlock, CA

In this dynamic role you will be responsible for the following, but are not limited to:

• Checking patients in and out for their appointments
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering calls on a multi line phone system
• Have basic computer skills as well as learning our practice management system
• Filling prescriptions for patients and learning pharmacy procedures
• Providing excellent customer care to our clients
• Perform all tasks assigned to the Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service Representatives must also have a proactive approach that embraces the hospital’s customer-focused vision. All applicants must possess strong communication skills, excellent phone and computer skills, consistently maintain a positive, upbeat attitude, be able to remain calm in stressful medical situations, be organized at all times in a fast paced environment, be able to prioritize and have the ability to multitask.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
