Brief JD: â—� Handle 50+ customer interactions per day, giving personalized, friendly & polite service to ensure customer retention. â—� Attending to customer's needs in all areas including products, applications, installations, billing, and technical support. â—� Handling emails and outbound calls when required. â—� In charge of first and second-level technical troubleshooting. â—� Chosen as Priority agent and Midnight Shifters (handling top priority customers) Good English communication skills. Telecommunication industry experience is added advantage
