Plymouth Rock Assurance is looking for creative individuals with an inquisitive mindset who can use critical thinking to aid customers in reporting homeowner first notice of loss.
The Homeowners Claims First Report Technician is responsible for providing customers peace of mind as they gathering key information from customers regarding their loss and entering it into a best-in-class first report system.
You will be joining a fast-moving team with a focus on helping customers through a trying time, and we will collaborate to make Plymouth Rock the best company we can be.
Qualifications and Education
· Excellent oral and written communications skills
· Ensure an outstanding experience on every interaction
· Capacity to work in a fast-pace supporting the rapid growth of our customer base
· Ability to obtain licensure in applicable states if required and complete CE credit/classes where necessary
Responsibilities Include:
· Aid policyholders in reporting losses by obtaining information over the phone
· Input loss information into best-in-class propriety system
· Assign vendors conducting emergency services during first contact
· Make decisions on routing claims for immediate review based on serious property loss or injury
· Appropriately represent the company by executing a high level of service and maintaining professionalism at all times
