Job Responsibilities:
Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
Assist on uploading item/product on Marketplace
Handle customers enquiries, requests
Initiating telephone and email contact with potential prospects to promote products and solutions.
Undertake any other duties as-and-when assigned by the Management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess minimum SPM
Experience in customer service roles is desirable.
Past working experience in contact/call center are encouraged to apply
