We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join our veterinary care team and provide excellent client service/care, ear scratches, tummy rubs, and contribute to our team environment. Our next team member must be a bright, responsible, self-motivated individual who is in it for the animals and their owners. He or she must be comfortable with speaking to owners in person and over the phone, providing invoices and taking payments, and coordinating tasks among the team. Proficiency in customer service/care, phones, and teamwork is crucial. Some medical knowledge is helpful.

The right candidate will have:

• At least 2 years customer service experience
• At least 1 year veterinary or other medical office experience
• 1-2 years POS and cashiering experience
• Upbeat, energetic and outgoing personality
• Desire to learn
• Ability to diffuse difficult clients
• Grace under pressure
