Job description
Resposibilities:
- Interact ocean liners, seaport authorities, haulage companies, vendors to facilitate smooth transaction of all export/ import/ transhipment by ocean mode.
- Coordinates and respond to all cargo claims issues with customers, liners and port authorities as well as warehouse operator of third party operator.
- Negotiate ocean FCL space allocation for specific account base.
- Maintain effective systems of operations, review and control.
- Implement cost reduction control to increase efficiency and margins.
- Trains develop and motivate team members.
- Maintain and efficient filing system and record keeping.
- Maintain a high level of housekeeping and corporate image.
- Provides training and directions to less experienced staff.
- Provide sales support to sales and operations department.
- Able to assist for both air and sea if needed .
- Perform other duties as and when directed.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
