If you’re a graduate with the talent and ambition to lead others, we’ll equip you with the expertise to become one of our Future Leaders.

Over three years, our Future Leaders graduate program will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally. You’ll have three rotations that give you experience across the different disciplines to give you a strong foundation across the breadth of the commercial organization. You’ll also collaborate with colleagues and customers around the US.

Your rotations will be stretching, but we’ll support you every step of the way with formal and informal learning, as well as coaching; and may include, among others:

  • Customer Partnership
  • Customer and HCP facing roles
  • Dedicated to performance delivery and building customer relationships
  • Support Customer and Shopper engagement with Haleon Brands
  • Sales Strategy & Customer Insights
  • Support Retailers, like Walmart and Amazon in business planning
  • Build successful growth opportunities and ensure trust by the Customer and Shopper in Haleon Brands
  • Sales Operations & Business Analytics
  • Work cross functionally on important business questions
  • Uncover key insights that will drive growth models, innovation and business processes
  • Brand Marketing, Shopper Engagement, Consumer Experience & Innovation
  • Bring products to the customer and shopper through media campaigns, brand activations and product launches
  • collaborate with brand and cross-functional teams, build valuable industry connections, and learn new skills across disciplines such as analytics, digital/social, brand strategy, and communication development.
  • Develop and manage short- and medium-term brand strategies as well as assist in the evolution and execution of comprehensive marketing plans that align with the brand strategy, spanning advertising, promotion, pricing, digital and customer marketing strategy.

Throughout the program, you’ll be part of a diverse, global network of graduates who are sharing similar daily experiences in different parts of the world. These peer relationships are a fantastic opportunity to get exposure and inspiration beyond your home market and learn different approaches to your job. At the same time, you’ll explore your leadership potential through training, mentoring and on-the-job experience. As you improve your sales and marketing skills, you’ll also build your knowledge of the consumer healthcare industry.

What will you do?

  • You’ll manage projects, prioritize tasks, and build relationships with people at different levels of the organization across the business
  • Learn how to market leading brands to national, regional, and global audiences on a tailored development program
  • You will gain in-depth and cross-sectional insights into the Haleon Commercial function
  • You will learn about process improvement and how we make sure we are keeping pace with the ever-developing technologies
  • You will learn how to drive sales growth
  • As part of an early talent rotational program that provides in-depth work experiences, you will build foundational skills necessary to be successful in the Consumer Commercial business

You’ll need to:

  • be obtaining your BA/BS in 2023
  • be a creative problem-solver who thinks strategically, and a proactive and enthusiastic graduate, adaptable and comfortable managing ambiguity
  • be courageous to achieve results, excited by change, zealous about sales and marketing.
  • have excellent interpersonal skills that can help you connect people and ideas to come up with something new
  • be mobile and willing to relocate domestically
  • be authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship in the future. Work authorization documentation will be required during the application process.
  • be accountable and ready to fast track your progression and take the personal accountability for delivering our commitments
