Job details
- Job title: Customer Sucess Executive
- Reporting line: Customer Success Manager in Singapore
- Location: Remote working however training will be in Singapore
- Salary: up to MYR 4500
- Benefits: awesome benefits, medical insurance, bonus, higher EPF contribution, etc.
- Employment: 1 year renewable contract
Preferred candidate should have
- Good communication in English and Chinese as you will be focusing on the China and Hong Kong market
- Good experience in customer service in any industry
- Able to handle pressure and KPI
- Driven, flexible and highly motivated to get things done
