Job Title: Customer Success Specialist


Job Summary


GET is looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual to join our Operations Team. The Customer Success Specialist will work closely with Senior Management to provide cross-functional administrative support in all aspects of the business and directly with the post-sales customer to ensure full satisfaction with GET’s products and services. This role is customer driven (both internal and external) and requires a collaborative, teamwork-based work ethic. Interested applicants should be driven by a service-oriented mindset.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


While the specific responsibilities may vary depending on skills and experience, as well as individual interests and Company needs, these are the areas of responsibility for the position:

  • Identify, research, analyze and solve business-related issues
  • Prepare and present reports, analysis, and other documents that provide insight into business performance
  • Work with management to develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Participate in company process improvement
    • Gather feedback from teams and partners
    • Identify improvement opportunities, work with management to implement process improvements, achieve optimal work production, eliminate redundancies, and track desired outcome as needed
  • Analyze new projects, systems, tools, and pricing to determine operational requirements and impact across all stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement, and manage sales quoting, process, and guidelines
  • Ensure supported teams have all tools, data, and information access at their disposal as necessary
  • Manage company’s Amazon Store and other online sales outlets.
  • Train new hires as necessary to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
  • Provide oversight and supervision of helpdesk support for Company’s mobile technology customers
  • Develop, implement, and manage company purchasing processes and guidelines, including serving as the primary procurement agent for the company
  • Serve as back-up for Senior Inventory and Logistic Specialist
  • Other responsibilities and duties as requested or assigned by the Director of Operations

Qualifications for Customer Success Specialist

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations or related field
  • Possession of or ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret level clearance.
    • Security Clearance not required prior to applying; GET will begin the security clearance process once the right candidate is selected.
  • Proven experience in working in business operations or sales operations
  • Proven experience providing support to internal and external customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good social and presentation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of handling general office equipment
  • Proficient in technology especially Microsoft Office applications
