- Hands-on Experience on Logging & Monitoring

- A strategic leader, and a sound business technologist with the ability to lead and educate team members, champion and manage change, as well as communicate proactively with all stakeholders
- Must have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maneuver within the political and cultural constructs of the Bank.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills, able to determine the approximate impact of each issue quickly to prioritize further work
- Strong influencing skills and ability to positively and sensitively work with stakeholders
- Relationship Management skills, ability to build and create a strong internal network across levels and disciplines in Maybank
