ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven and motivated individual to join our Distribution Centre as an Inbound and Dispatch Team Leader. You will be responsible for maintainining regular, effective communication with the shipping coordinator to ensure all relevant paperwork is received in timely manner. You will also support the manager with development planning, role clarity, succession, performance review and management, implement resource strategies that deliver the budget result and prepare and present KPI reports with relevant commentary to the manager .
