We are looking for a proactive Production Designer to join our band of talented misfits in KL who want to further their digital asset and content design skills. You will contribute to developing high-profile brand marketing campaigns for APAC for one of our most prestigious clients. You will help translate ideas into execution by ensuring that designs adhere to guidelines and are consistent across ad formats, dimensions and languages. You turn conceptual ideas into finalised campaign assets and support team members, including art directors and motion designers, to execute on that vision. In this junior/medior role, you will join a dedicated global team in producing top quality content for one of the world's most recognisable brands.

Role & Responsibilities
- In this role, you'll specialise in designing static visuals for various channels, including client assets, social media and display advertising.
- You work as part of a dedicated global team of designers and art directors that produce world-class work across time zones.
- Strong communication skills and be ready to present your ideas to the team
- Keep the integrity of the designs by following brand guidelines
- Create storyboards, animations and content
- Work closely with our Senior producers and Account Servicing team
- Manage a team of Junior Designers and Copywriters
- Assists the Senior Creatives and Creative lead
- Work closely with editors, motion graphics designers
- You will work together directly with art directors
- In addition to making images look good, you ensure that designs adhere to guidelines and are consistent across ad formats, dimensions and languages.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a digital-led design agency
- Visual design experience with proficiency in typography, colour, layout, and aesthetic sense
- Advance level in Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma
- Good knowledge of digital asset creation software
- Familiarity with design systems
- A good command of English, written and verbal
- A leader with exceptional organisational skills
- Meticulous and crafted works following Brand Guidelines
- Methodical and organised in archiving works
- Experience with major social media platforms
- Experience collaborating in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Ability to influence at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies
- Ability to remain knowledgeable of industry trends and cultural conversations
- Beast mode ready to meet tight deadlines
- After Effects basics & ideation skills are a bonus.
- You know how to keep your files, layers, and folders organised
- You can take charge of small tasks independently and take on bigger jobs with little supervision.
- You can contribute to different stages of the production process, from setting styles and layouts to cutting formats and language versioning.
- You are always on the lookout for process efficiencies.
- You can handle repetitive tasks and stay focussed.
- Worked on content projects is preferred but not a must
