Job Summary
UT Southwestern Medical Center is hiring for Development Coordinator, Advancement Services
The Development Coordinator assists in the writing and production of technical and compelling of stewardship reports; provides oversight on the utilization of philanthropic funds; tracks deadlines for reporting; partners with teams across the department to plan and implement successful reporting strategies; consults with departments to achieve funding deliverables and successful outcomes; and collaborates on projects to improve and elevate stewardship reporting. This position is embedded within the framework of Gift Administration but partners closely with both Foundation and Stewardship teams and clinical departments.
Experience and Education
High school diploma or equivalent and three years administrative or development experience required. Education may be used in lieu of experience.
Job Duties
Assist with implementation and coordination of programs in the Office of Development and Alumni Relations (DAR)
Provide support for special and ad-hoc projects by assisting with project plans and tasks,
Support the creation of processes and procedures for implementation and improvement of programs and projects.
Assist with development and oversight of program, project and event budgets and expenses
Facilitate collaboration with other University business units and departments to request and obtain data as required for implementation, monitoring and evaluation of DAR program efforts.
May provide direct or working supervision of Development Assistants and Associates.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Work requires managing projects and tasks with minimal supervision.
Working Conditions
Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
