Bosch Cross-Domain Computing Solutions (XC) is a business division within the Mobility Solutions business sector of the Bosch Group. The division unites software, electrical and electronics engineers from the areas of driver assistance, automated driving, car multimedia, powertrain, and body electronics in a new unit. XC plays a leading role in shaping the dynamic shift toward ever more digitalization in the vehicle.

The Research and Development team in Penang location is the center of global engineering or this business division. Bosch Cross-Domain Computing Solutions (XC) is divided into five sections:

• Engineering Software and System Test
• Project Management
• Project management and engineering support for small control units (xCU)
• Engineering Hardware and Mechanics
• Product data management, resource management and central services

• DevOps and Software Integration Engineer is responsible for the provision of defined SW products and for the verification of their scope and quality.
• The DevOps and Software Integrator Engineer is responsible for reliable archiving and administration of all configuration items of the SW project.
• The DevOps and Software Integrator ensure that the procedures, methods, and tools used in the project are in line with the strategic targets of the business unit for SW configuration management.
• Strive for continuous improvement , build and maintain the Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing pipelines (CI/CT Pipeline).
• Align with software project managers on software release planning to customer, system test and production.
• Adhere to Bosch Software Engineering Processes.
• Involve in development of Build-System/ Tooling, automation / infrastructure as well as release management using both standard and proprietary software tools and libraries.

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering / Science;
• Proven working experience in software integration and software configuration management
• Familiarize in Continuous Integration and Continuous delivery concept
• Proficient in leveraging tools to automate testing and deployment. Experience in Jenkins, Artifactory or Rational Team Concert is a strong advantage.
• Experience in source code management tools such as Clearcase, GIT or SCM
• Experience scripting language such as Linux shell, Perl, Python, Windows batch script, Powershell or VB script
• Good understanding of software engineering methodologies and processes such as Scale Agile Framework(SAFe), SCRUM or Automotive SPICE
• Knowledge in programming language such as C/C++ or Java is a plus
• Experience in embedded software development is a plus
• Experience in Windows / Linux server administration is a plus
• Experience in Azure cloud and Elasticsearch Logstash and Kibana stack is a plus
• Good oral / written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to work in Bayan Lepas Phase 1
