Objectives of the Position

We support the agile transformation with automation of Development and Operation (DevOps) processes to speed up and get more efficiency.

In order to support the individual ways of working in the DevOps teams, each project can be customized according to the business partner’s requirements.

In case of questions, our team supports with consulting and individually planned solutions.

Main Tasks

Consulting, Implementation and Operation for DevOps Tools during the full Lifecycle of a product.
(Documentation/Knowledge/Wiki, Plan, Code, Build, Test, Deploy, Security, Release and Monitoring.)

• Capture demand, consult teams and help them to integrate the right DevSecOps approach combined with the best practice tools
• Optimize the tools used to the specific needs
• Work in a global team.
• Create and provide Trainings in the area of DevSecOps.
• Create and customize projects and pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Integration of additional applications to Azure DevOps (Sonarqube, Microfocus Fortify, Artifactory)

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Computer Science, informatics, business informatics or in a comparable field

Working Experience

• 2 – 5 years working experience in business, IT operations, IT consulting or IT projects. Experience in supporting delivery of DevOps product and / or solution preferable.

Technical & Professional Knowledge (Mandatory)

• Understanding of agile processes and scrum practices
• Experience with cloud platforms-preferably Azure
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Will be able to manage multiple different tasks and communicate effectively.

Technical & Professional Knowledge (Additional)

• Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence or similar tools.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana or Prometheus
• Experience with DevOps tools like SonarQube, Microfocus Fortify, or Artifactory
• Experience with continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment/delivery (CD) pipelines.
• Programming skills in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash
