In your new role you will:

• Accountable and responsible for weekly demand fulfillment from Division within the horizon.
• Responsible for capacity ramp up of dedicated Modules in Melaka plant to meet company Demand to Revenue (DtR) target to support Division revenue.
• Close collaboration with departments, such as SO, FIN, QM and IE to focus on delivery stability and commitment and balancing to ensure company's KPIs are met.
• Close collaboration with multiple segments/sites to ensure effective and efficient WIP Flow management within Segments (PLA/PLT/TS/POB).
• Provides leadership and managing role to the Production Logistics Planning team to meet company goal in achieving operations excellence with high performance behavior.
• Continuous improvement of existing and implemented tools, methods and processes.
• Provide and align with DIVs/Operations an executional model to match the next 26 weeks demand scenario.
• Harmonize and standardize PC Planning Tool & Systematic.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A Degree in B usiness/ Business Administration/ Economics or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry, in particular experience in operations planning and/or industrial engineering.
  Preferably minimum 5 years in management role .
• In depth knowledge in supply chain management, backend production processes, demand fulfillment approach, headcount and capacity modelling .
• In depth analytical & problem solving skills and ability to anticipate issues & challenge s to develop actions and proposals to resolve complex topics.
• Ability to lead a team of multiple levels of managers and planners to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
• Good interpersonal skills & able to interact effectively with various levels of people.
