Job description

• Report to HSE Manager
• Closely monitor on documents change request (if any).
• To keep file documents in physical and digital records.
• Create templates for future use.
• Retrieve file as requested by other department.
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information.
• Keep record and follow up closure for PHI, OVMSA, OVID, ISO, ISM, etc.
• Prepare ad-hoc documents or report as requested by HOD.
• Monitor flow of documentation within organization.
• Check of accuracy and update files if necessary.
• Keep record on vessel monthly report.
• Prepare bridging document as requested.
• To assist chartering in update tendering document.
• Tracking job completion ticket.
• Assist to arrange and coordinate internal/external audit.
• Other related duties as assigned by the reporting Manager.
