We are looking for a Sales Operation talent to join us. In this role, you will support our rapidly growing and evolving business where you will need to support the overall day-to-day online operations (back-end support) and reporting.
Role and Responsibilities
- To support on day-to-day Online Operations (back end support) and reporting.
- Online Order Process Operations- Daily order processing, tracking and monitoring (Logistic & Warehouse).
- Pre-order/Flagship management on fulfilment and warehouse capacity planning.
- Customer Service (CS) related matters on order from eStore:
- - Promotions Updates, tracking ID to customers, engage with external (customers & VIP), Invoicing
- - Refund for returns
- - Pre-Order tracking list
- - Invoice & Monthly quarterly review
- After Sales Operations- Commercial Return on eStore and charge-out.
- Budget Management- Prepare annual budget and agreement, monitoring invoice and system processing.
- Work closely with Legal team for the change of T&C as well as yearly agreements review.
- Collaborate with IT team on promotional set-up by checking in SAP and flagging anything, which is peculiar.
- Integrate & build compelling report & analysis to management team with accurate, actionable items & recommendation.
- Payment tracking by vendors & partners, liaising with account receivable team & main PIC for payment gateway.
- Project involvement from the back-end operation perspective.
- Meeting, reporting & review in weekly/monthly/quarterly/bi-annually/annually.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Management / Administration / Supply Chain / Finance or equivalent
- At least 4+ years’ experience processing (analyzing, editing, extracting) large amounts of data for use in one or more business applications.
- Team player- Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Project Team, Finance, Legal, Logistics, Warehouse, IT, etc.)
- Ability to multi-task and deal with customer-driven interruptions.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision for daily and/or weekly deadlines, in a fast-changing work environment.
- Strong in numbers and presentation- analytic thinker, meticulous & attentive to details
- Advanced MS Excel, MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint.
