Duties and responsibilities

• Job is part of the Pre-Development team.
• Design and manage the integration of a multitude of databases to construct a relational database environment that will enable enhanced reporting and analysis within the Sensing Team.
• Maintain and utilize a variety of databases, search environments, and other resources to gather information for clinical, product, patent, and technology analysis.
• Audit and review related trade journals, periodicals, and online news services for pertinent articles and competitive information. Communicate/forward to appropriate individuals within organization.
• Maintain and update all competitive information by performing daily monitoring of websites, news articles, webcasts, and annual reports. In addition, prepare a written in-depth analysis of each major competitor.
• Conduct in-depth online searches to provide information on new product opportunities, new healthcare trends, new IV therapy procedures, and competitive intelligence.
• Manage / assist in primary market research projects such as questionnaire development / analysis; focus group
• coordination; telephone / internet surveys; and field evaluations.

Professional competencies

• Bachelor Degree in Science & Technology, Engineering or at least 1 year experience in related field.
• Detail Oriented and able to structure and manage information in a systematic.
• Working with information eg: articles, literatures, analyse and propose.
• Fast learner in pick up new knowledge and technology and make immediate relation to the organization needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with different level of people.
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
• Analytical, meticulous and good problem-solver.
• Able to work well both independently and in a team.
