To make sure all M&E equipments are in good and well operated.

Primary area of responsibility.
1. Evaluate, repair and maintain plumbing, electrical and heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems in the building.

2. Communicate with the property management team about any work that requires outside expert assistance.

3. Receive and respond to tenant reports of mechanical or maintenance issues on the premises.

4. Maintain and monitor safety systems within the corporate buildings.

5. To carry out preventive maintenance work and building equipment and systems.

6. To keep proper records of service reports, work reports and items in inventory.

7. To perform daily inspections.
