Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
1) End-to-End Responsibility of Order Processing and Enquiry Management as well as Data/Reporting and Billing Enquiries for all Corporate Customers and Account Managers
2)Accountability to Complete all Daily tasks, requests and enquiries within the same business day
3) Able to handle all forms of complaints on products, services, billing and general enquiries in a calm fashion and see out till resolution.
4) Willingness to take on new tasks, projects aligned with Enterprise Customer Operations
5) Multitasking across various Business Support and Billing Systems
What do you need to have for this role?
- Diploma or Degree in any related fields
- Fast learner and adaptable to various work situations
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, with a positive mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Computer Skills
