In this role, the following are the key areas of responsibility:

• Main person and primary liaison person for all projects assign:

• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and ensure availability of local, central, and contract resources.

• Be the face of IT and process improvement projects to the business

• Perform and document business requirements and process analysis as needed.

• Establish and refine project management standards based on practical application.

• Gather and shape business requirements and change requests - working with the business to clarify, refine and prioritize solutions to meet business needs.

• Take ownership of all aspects related to project delivery.

Provide Back Up support for:

• Deep knowledge of SAP ERP Modules

• Day to day IT operations as part of the IT team, (general SAP ERP software support)

• Work across the multiple (international) support groups

Support and coordinate projects with European based SAP Application and Infrastructure Support Teams:

• Act as part of the local SAP team,in close cooperation with Global KURZ IT support team

• Work with the Central SAP Application/Operations team to develop early solution designs and provide high level effort estimates for projects.

• Understand the technology and business strategies of the organization.

• Ability to work with European central messaging and infrastructure teams to support global implementation projects.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Business Analyst with Customizing and/or Development experiences

• Experience within the Manufacturing Industry

• Degree in computer science, engineering science or equal education

• Familiar usage of SAP for manufacturing Industries

• Familiar with requirements engineering and SAP customizing

• Willing to design, customize and maintain the complex custom-build solutions

• Advanced English level
