Program Latihan Kemahiran Industri - ECRL (PLKI - ECRL) offers a two-month upskilling/reskilling training (practical training) fully sponsored by the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning (EPCC) contractor, China Communications Construction (ECRL) Sdn Bhd.

Program trainees successfully completed training will be guaranteed a job placement as part of the workforce for this mega infrastructure construction project.

Job scope for Excavator Operator:
1. Operate controls to move and load a range of natural materials.
2. Responsible for the daily pre and post-trip inspections of their assigned machine
2. Perform daily cleaning of vehicle and equipment.
3. Load and unload equipment from vehicles
4. Ensure company equipment, material, and the work site are maintained, kept clean, and stored in a safe manner. Collect and dispose of scrap, excess materials, and refuse.
5. Observe distribution of paving material to adjust machine settings or material flow.
