Responsible to support the coordination and maintenance of JDE suite in the ERP Application System, MTech and other application systems at DPP to ensure smooth operational process. Conduct analysis to improve organisation’s overall supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and recommend improvements of the overall operations and efficiencies of application systems to support current and meet future business requirements.
• Maintain a proactive approach in attending to users’ requests, identify and troubleshoot problems, enquiries, provide advice and follow-through in meeting user needs and expectations within a stipulated time to ensure the smooth operation of the JDE ERP application, MTech and other application systems.
• Study, analyse and prepare requirement and technical specifications based on users’ requests to develop customized reports and new or enhanced application programs within a given deadline.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure projects and tasks are implemented as per specification and timely manner.
• Prepare technical documentation, system manuals, workflow processes, procedures and guidelines and update according to SOP.
• Ensure the completion of new programs or enhancements of the programs is within the agreed timeline.
• Ensure Program and System Integration Testing is conduct effectively, feedback is gathered, and revisions are tested, validated, and documented.
• Assist in every related area of Application system whenever required to ensure the continuous smooth running of the MIS department.
• To perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 – 2 years of working experience in Application support or related field.
