Responsibilities:
- Undertake system administration and support functions for servers and cloud infrastructure platform to ensure the system uptime and performance requirements are met respectively.
- Undertake database administration and data transformation to support IT and business users.
- Timely generation and transformation of data into actionable insights for IT and business users.
- Standby on draw days to monitor and support the live draw and gaming system.
- Provide onsite and remote support, preventive and maintenance services.
- Assist in project implementation as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Data Science/ Information Technology or its equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Cloud Engineering/Data Engineering/Software Development or IT related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Meticulous and able to analyse a large set of data using tools.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Committed and flexible with a rostered working schedule.
- Have a high sense of responsibility and ownership, hard-working and able to work under minimum supervision.
