Responsibility & Duties- Performs record keeping of all FM related data entry and MOM, Work Orders, Work Request Service Report, Drawings and Manuals.
- Maintain and monitor RFQ, PO, DO and invoices for all FM related works together with Procurement and Finance Team.
- To maintain and reorder FM Tools and Consumables.
- To maintain all softcopy archive for FM related certificate – Fire Cert, PMA Cert, ELR Cert, CCC etc. for any audit reference.
- To support Facilities Executive in maintaining Cleaning Service daily activity – cleanliness and toiletries refilling inspection.
- To work with Procurement Team in providing pricing tabulation for all FM Related third part work scope
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight
