Job Description
- To be the key person for the entire resort and tourist attractions.
- To coordinate and manage maintenance according to process, new facilities, time and cost.
- Secure the company's functional requirement, demands, standards and strategies are applied.
- Provide the best quality and the most optimal solution in balance with Company's demands and requirements, local business needs and financial situation.
- To oversee hard and soft services of the whole facilities area.
- Lead maintenance team and to react to demands efficiently.
- Continuously challenge and develop the real estate set up.
- Perform reviews and visits within the responsibility.
The Successful Applicant
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Property/Building/Retail Management, or any related field.
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in building/property/commercial or related field required for this position.
- Preferably candidate with experience in large scale property/building/commercial.
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
