Job DescriptionGENERAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
1. To assist in managing, administrating and supervising a group of subordinates.
2. Responsible of ensuring every subordinates abide by the company policies, rules and regulations.
3. Responsible of executing and implementing company activities related to Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, Safety & Health Management System, company policies, rules and regulations, and etc.
4. Responsible of analyzing, organizing, coordinating and delegating jobs to the respective subordinates.
5. To assist in planning manpower for overtime and shift duty to support production, organizing, coordinating and delegating jobs to the respective subordinates.
6. Responsible of executing and implementing instructions given by the immediate superior.
7. To assist in managing and administrating subordinates career development.
8. Responsible of dealing with confidential matters, business affairs and trade secrets of the company.
SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS :
1. Responsible for overall performance of the section in meeting the defined targets, in line with the department’s goals and objectives.
2. To plan, organize, and manage the production activities to achieve optimum productivity, cost, quality, safety, inventory, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
3. To analyzing existing electrical systems and making cost-effective improvements, conducting research, designing testing methods, completing quality assurance, inspecting the equipment, running diagnostics, as well as training new hires and develop the team skill.
4. To schedule preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and facilities at stamping, plating, and backend to ensure all installation and equipment are in optimum condition. Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures; requesting repair service.
5. To check and monitor on mechanical, electrical, and facilities activities daily in supporting operation and cost control.
6. To be responsible for the inventory management on all the mechanical, electrical, and facilities spare parts.
7. To lead, coach, and motivate staff in their skill/knowledge development to contribute effectively towards company’s quality policy, goals, and growth.
8. To be responsible for good housekeeping and safe working condition.
9. To execute any others duties assigned by superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
1. Degree holder in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in maintaining manufacturing plant machineries and facilities.
3. Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills with good leadership capable of leading a team.
5. Familiar and experience in FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, 8D, and DOE.
6. Practical experience with CAD software.
