Requirement: Qualification and Education:- Cert in Engineering preferably in Electrical or Mechanical discipline
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in the facility and maintenance activities or in the similar capacity.
1. Report directly to the Head of Section
2. Supervises, coordinates and follows-up on PM, routine inspection and servicing of the company's mechanical and electrical installation, building and associated facilities (such as lifts, fire alarm, Chilled and air-conditioning units) with the contractors and user department.
3. Ensures that the plans/projects are carried out within the budget based from the scheduled plan.
4. Implement best practices in facility maintenance to ensure safer operating environments
5. Evaluate the condition and maintain records of the working condition of the facility equipment or systems on a regular basis
6. Work closely with the Procurement Department for central services related to facility and equipment maintenance
7. Control and update for any documents that related with facility and equipment maintenance
8. Conduct daily operation pass down meeting and update staff of major works, project activities or organization goals.
9. Review work request, approved and issuing work order, ensure work on time schedule. Will be fully in charge for Facility Department Service Request from others department.
10. Manage and control Facility monthly budgetary.
11. Update all technical documentations are updated as per the latest data configuration, drawings, specifications etc.
12. Ensures all efforts and activities are to meet the Engineering Key Performance Indicator’s objectives
13. Provides technical training to subordinates and other department’s personnel in order to impart technical knowledge, skills and experience for them to maintain the wellbeing of the equipment and facility in accordance with the relevant Engineering Data
14. Ensures the facility team receives proper support and works delegations on equipment /facility related tasks to and from Manufacturing Engineers, Process Engineers, Technical Assistants/ Specialists and others subordinates where applicable.
15. Ensure all equipment and it activity are within the local legislation law especially ST/DOSH and DOE regulation requirement
16. To ensure and maintain all ST/DOSH/DOE/BOMBA/ Local authority related equipment and facility registration and the overall equipment technical requirement to respective local authority.
17. Reviewing the performance of subordinates
18. Act as a liaison officer between the subordinates to the Head of Department.
19. To perform all other tasks as assigned
