Job description

Maintenance technicians also known as general/repair workers, the responsibility and functions are:

Daily Maintenance

• Plan, develop, and monitor cleaning activities as scheduled to ensure the related area are clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, floor repair, and carpentry ensuring the physical and functionality are in a decent manner.
• Maintain and replenish the related inventory records for equipment and supplies ensuring quantities are at the optimum.

Preventive Maintenance

• Inspect and check safety and security systems are in working condition and able to support the event of an emergency.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures for the facility and safety equipment.
• Plan, schedule, execute, or coordinate maintenance for facilities equipment - > percent down time

repairs for buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent and comply with health and safety regulations - > Air-Cond compressor

Corrective Maintenance

• Attend to facilities and installation issues and arrange ratification to ensure the operation are uninterrupted.
• Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide to ensure facilities is free of pest.

Scheduled Maintenance

• Coordinate and arrange with internal and external parties to ensure execution of outsourced facilities, including water dispenser vendors, hygiene company, safety vendors, and contactors are done to expectation in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and supervise renovation and upgrading activities ensuring the activities are carried out in an effective and safe manner.

Other

• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
• Assist department to develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department to ensure appropriate funds are allocated for maintenance.
• Participate and contribute to 5S, Kaizen, and Lean management implementation to improve facilities and maintenance activities
