Job description

Prepare monthly report for clients based on job specification and actual work done by pest control technicians for claim purposes.
Conduct routine inspection to client location to identify problems and monitor quality of work done by pest control technicians.
Represent company on site inspections to new pest control project at potential clients' location /tender visit.
Attend KPI meeting with client.
Analyse and prepare diagnosis report for any arise matter of pest control issues and suggest for new technics.
Conduct training for client if required.
Communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
