Avec près de 45 500 collaborateurs et un fort ancrage local, SPIE a réalisé, en 2020, un chiffre d'affaires consolidé de 6,6 milliards d'euros et un EBITA consolidé de 339 millions d'euros.Detailed duties and responsibilities ·Utilize knowledge of preparation & maintenance of tools for infield deployment ·Provide front-line troubleshooting of electro-mechanical inspection equipment ·Assist in the reduction of in line inspection tool maintenance costs ·Identify quality or productivity issues & potential solutions ·Ability to safely deploy to remote geographic assignment locations – onshore & offshore locations with limited access to medical care, which may require 4 hours (or more) travel time to reach secondary level medical care ·Ensure Field activities produce zero deficiencies & enable flawless field execution ·Partner with Application Engineering team to ensure that equipment reliability & performance is consistently high, aiming to continually raise Technical & Operational first run success rate · (CRS/TRS/ORS) to industry leading standards & meeting annual goals for US Region · Work closely with Application Engineering & Shop to reduce HSE risks in field, minimize lifting operations, obtain lighter, more user-friendly support equipment, lifting equipment ·Obtain Level 1/Level 2 qualification/certification to perform field activities through competency management programs & workmanship standards across the MFL, CPIG, Vectra, TFI, Caliper technologies & industry standard ·Support root cause analysis activities to enable prevention of reoccurring field failures ·Fully accountable for leading highest level of HSE culture & compliance throughout field operations with support of HSE organization ·Timely communication of accurate metrics of Field operations progress, milestones, customer service satisfaction, productivity, HSE, Quality performance ·Develop continuous improvement of service quality as measured by customer satisfaction responses (NPS, unsolicited positive & negative feedbacks) ·Develop a proactive, forward-thinking mindset for finding new ways of working, simplifying processes in field with creative, out-of-the box thinking ·Provide daily feedback from the field regarding customer satisfaction, competitors, ways to improve tool operability, support equipment design improvement · Prepare and hand over equipment in a safe manner to maintenance staff for repair and get back in service after checks as per PTW procedure. Qualifications · Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer ,Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry or related field. · At lease 7-10 years' experience directly in petrochemical, chemical and Oil and Gas Refinery Industry. ·Knowledge of Field Operator for petrochemical/chemical production process. ·Atmospheric Residue Desulfurization (ARDS), Hydrogen Production Unit (HPU), Hydrogen Collection & Distribution (HCDU) & Refinery Pressure Swing Absorption (RPSA). ·Pyrolysis Gasoline Hydrogenation (PGH), Benzene Extraction unit (BZU), Methyl Tert-Butyl Ether (MTBE) & Cooling Water. ·Residue Fluid Catalytic Cracker (RFCC), LPG Treating Unit (LTU) & Propylene Recovery Unit (PRU). ·Possess in-depth knowledge of process safety, chemical reaction and calculation. ·Good communicative English. ·Good skill of computer esp. MS Office programs. · Possess functional competency set e.g. Safety Awareness, Drive for Result, Process Management, Communication, Problem Solving, Teamwork, and Leadership.
Qualifications

- At lease 7-10 years' experience directly in petrochemical, chemical and Oil and Gas Refinery Industry.
- Knowledge of Field Operator for petrochemical/chemical production process.
